Homeschool Bookcases Before & After Pics from a reader!

One of my readers sent me before and after pictures of her homeschool bookcases, which she transformed this week based on my homeschool interiors post, “7 Ways to Make Homeschool Bookshelves Beautiful (Without Losing Space).” This homeschool room’s transformation is so inspiring, and she gave me permission to share these with you here! She wrote:

“Your post on beautifying homeschool bookcases was so helpful to me in making my homeschool room the way I imagined. It’s amazing what something as small as clearing clutter, putting three objects together, or centering a group of like-books can do to bring a room together. Now I have a calm and focused atmosphere.”

This makes me so happy! This is proof that a beautiful homeschool is a curation process that doesn’t require us to go out and make purchases! We just need to know how to think about our environment (the gap between where it is and where we want it to be) so that we know what steps are within our control right now to transform it.

I believe every homeschooling mom has an interior home designer and decorator within her, unique to her family’s homeschool culture and goals, just waiting to emerge. My goal is to equip homeschooling moms to transform what they already have into what they want, and I always aim for that in my homeschool conference talks and in the posts I’m writing about homeschool interiors.

Here are the inspiring pictures!
